Its a wonderful feeling to finally have a good night sleep again after having my windows broken twice. Rick and his team installed remote custom made large shutters within 1 week. I am blown away with the professional service. Initially there was a problem with the wifi set up. After hours, straight away within 1 hour my concerns were attended to with a one on one course on how to use the app. Personally I haven't come across this level of service and attention to detail in Perth. Do I recommend them, Absolutely, times beyond number.

Wonderful to deal with, instant contact direct with the installer. Fast, efficient and fantastic service! Called Paul on a Monday, had a same day quote and the shutter was installed on the Wednesday. Highly recommend this company.

Well wow it doesn't get any better than this for service, called them Wednesday was measured up Thursday morning and it was fitted today. I am so happy with it and can not believe the difference it has made in cooling my upstairs lounge down, the fitters were excellent and I highly recommend this company to any one thinking of having them.

Excellent, quick and efficient service from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and when the guys came out to do the installation, they were very polite and professional. They had the job done in a couple of hours with no mess and now I have high quality nice looking shutters! I highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with our decision to have our shutters installed by Shutter Co Wa.Rick was professional, very easy to deal with, not pushy, gave us the best price and provided us with excellent customer service.Incredible display of professionalism as well during installation by Paul and his team on top of superb workmanship.We had eight electric remote shutters installed and they are of exceptional quality.It is worth the buck spent! We highly recommend this company if anyone wants to have a roller shutters installed.

Very happy with my decision to use Shutter Co for my window roller shutters. Rick was excellent and honest with the quote. The installation was arranged to be done in just a couple of days and they were also excellent. On time, quick, a great job at installing and no mess. We decided to get a quote from Shutter Co WA, as they had such good reviews, and we can see now why! The owner Rick, who is lovely, came to our house the same day to give us a quote and clearly explained all the different options and was not pushy at all. He was able to book us in for the next day with Paul who was very professional and did an awesome job and left the place clean and tidy. Can highly recommend this company, if we ever get more windows done, we will definitely use this company again.

Shutter Co installed 20 shutters today. The whole process has been painless from the beginning. Started with Rick at the garden show, then he visited our place to measure and quote. No pressure sales tactics and real personable guy. Each time Shutter Co kept us informed about the time they would arrive. The installation went really smoothly, again the installers (Paul & Matt,) were great, respectful and willing to talk about what they were doing. The finished job was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves. Paul patiently taught us how to operate the remotes and programmed two master remotes. He also test drove every shutter prior to lesving. The shutters themselves look great and are extremely strong. So far i cannot fault the product or the installation and the peace of mind provided regarding the extra security of the house is priceless. Cheers Yvette &Steve

We had Rick come out to our place and quote us for 3 electric roller Shutters, although we had limited shutter knowledge Rick explained everything about there line of shutters and at a great price. From the time from quote to finished product was 3 days. The installer tech Paul was very clean and efficient in installation of the shutters, it took about 2 hours which was great and left no mess what so ever. He then explained in great detail how the shutters worked. Overall we would highly recommend Rick and the team at Shutter Co for a great local service and competitive price.

Ricky and his team did a sweet job chuckin' up 5 shutters on me house. They're installed cleanly and look great. I'd say there's a little extra noise reduction, but don't depend on 'em wholly for soundproofing. Get some double glazing window action going on as well. In terms of security, darkening the rooms inside, and weather protection it's a bloody 10/10 mate. The fancy electronics and remote is awesome. My father-in-law visiting from overseas was hell impressed.

I could not recommend Rick and his hardworking staff high enough after seeing the first class job they did at my home. From the first meeting to the final installation I was given such great customer service by very helpful and professional people who have definitely stepped up to the challenge and delivered new and improved aesthetics to my house that are incredible. The new roller shutters have made a huge difference blocking out the intensity of the suns afternoon heat while also improving the overall security of my house. Rick and his team knew exactly what to do with my requests and gave me the result I wanted and my house has never looked better!!

Had original shutters fitted & wanted them converted from battery to mains powered.Ricky was my first interface & he was extremely helpful & responsive providing a quote & even at this time of year when the company was busy he still managed to give me a time & date to complete.Once I had excepted the quote my job was scheduled & Paul the installer & the electrician Jake turned up on time as I had been advised.Both Paul & Jake were very polite,obviously experienced as they had the job done in no time at all.Overall 5 star experience from sales channel to installation & I would have no hesitation in recommending Shutter Co WA for your new shutters or power conversion.Thanks guys,John(Iluka).

Had a really great experience purchasing shutter with Shutter Co. Rick was very helpful and not pushy at all when he gave the quote, and the original price he quoted was reasonable (Unlike other companies who starts with ridiculously high price and force you to sign during the quote).We sign up with him later on the day of the quote, which was a Saturday and the following Tuesday it was installed.The installation process was quick, efficient and most importantly on-time. Paolo was at my door 8 am sharp as promised. He was also very friendly and didn't leave any mess afterwards.Overall I highly recommend ShutterCo WA to anyone who's thinking of getting shutter either for one window or all windows in their house.

We had a great experience with Paul from Shutter Co Wa. He came and quoted us and gave us the best value for money compared to other quotes, we had some construction work to do on a wall and as soon as that was done Paul was back to do the final measure straight away and then we had beautiful new shutters a few days later. Paul was in our home while we were at work and he left our house clean and finished and locked up once he was finished. Highly reccomend this company for good quality shutters and paul gives great friendly customer service. Vic

We found out about "Shutter Co" at the Home Show i did want roller shutters as i had them in my other home but i did not want to use that company again as they are so pricey even though they have been around a long time so i was happy with Shutter Co as they were the same quality as other company at least 50% lower costing so asked them to come and check the house out once we had moved in Ricky took down my details and sure enough on the day he called me we agreed on the day and time and very punctual turned up i was thrilled with the costing i have saved thousands of dollars with the same quality as the opposition . Very happy with the shutters the service and the installing no pressure from the sales rep he is one of the owners any way so what he promised we got very very happy i did business with shutter Co highly recommend do not waste your time and money go straight to Shutter Co 'Thumbs up' 4 sure.
