In order to apply for our Humm Ezi Pay financing option, you need to be over the age of 18 with full-time employment working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Additionally, you will require a bank account or credit card in your name, backed by proof of ownership documentation such as a credit card bill or bank statement.

We also require the homeowner to be present during the time of goods/services being supplied at a property, otherwise if you are the owner of that dwelling, we will require your approval for us to proceed with the job. Please note, other conditions may apply so we welcome you to contact us if you are in need of finance options.

How long does it take to order and install roller shutters?

How long does it take to order and install roller shutters?

A typical installation takes about 2 weeks from the date of ordering the goods, to us coming out to perform the installation. This time period may be impacted by public holidays or during peak seasons and we ask for the understanding of our customers. If at any time you are unsure of the status of your installation, we are available 7 days per week to answer your enquiry.

You sure can! Whilst our home base is located at 205 – 55 Salvado Road in Subiaco, our factory is located at Unit 1 & 2 – 37 Berriman Drive in Wangara, so you are welcome to visit us at either premise to browse our range. We suggest giving us a call first to double check we have the item/s in stock which you are wanting to see.

We offer discounts to all seniors with a valid Seniors’ Card, providing exclusive access to discounted products to look after our senior customers. If you would like to know more, we welcome you to contact us to find out more.

Yes we do. If you find a genuine competitor quote for the same stocked item, our guarantee is that we will beat this quote by 10%, meaning our customers always receive the best deal in town without paying through the nose.

What are your common call-outs?

We find electrical upgrades tend to be the most common reasons for call outs and we also find that most issues can be fixed upon arrival at your property. In most cases, we find there is no reason to remove shutters, which limits our time on site (and our cost to you).
